otr disconnect <nick> doesn't work

Description

Automatically disconnect of otr doesn't work (#1104,#905). But manual typing of "otr disconnect <nick>" doesn't work too.

Is this with otrv4 or otrv3?

Development builds >=1001 use OTRv4, and also the builds labeled 3.2.1+otr4 that are distributed by debian.

Yes, it is OTRv4. 3.2.1+otr4+20131220+devel+1005-1 --> Debian Wheezy (deb ​http://code.bitlbee.org/debian/devel/wheezy/amd64/ ./).

Please confirm that there is still a problem with manual otr disconnect <nick> after #1019. Otherwise "worksforme".
