Close OTR connections on disconnect

Description

When i close my IRC-Client and didn't type otr disconnect for every connection i had the client on the other side thinks the connection is still there. So the next time i write to them, the otr connection won't be made automatically (assuming otr_policy is set to oppurtunistic). I think it would be great if bitlbee would just close all the connections for me, when i disconnect from bitlbee.
