Default account and room suffix for easy joining jabber channels

It would be very convenient, when using bitlbee for a single jabber account, to configure a default "room suffix" once and for all, so that joining new channels doesn't require typing any "chat" commands.

/join #foo

should trigger automatically, the first time, the command

chat add 0 foo@SUFFIX foo

This would increase bitlbee usability to a point where even non-geeks (e.g. my wife) could use it to join new channels, after the initial bitlbee setup is done by a geek (e.g. me) :)
