Description

Twitter support doesn't yet handle requests from other people, which want to follow protected accounts. This can integrate nicely into BitlBees default way to present this.

I think it's these two API calls:

Not sure what you mean here, sometihng different than #812?

No, the same. But #782 < #812 < #996 :)

Yep, but #812 was clearer than #782. :-P

Keeping just #996 open so I don't have to remember which bugs to close when JSON gets merged.
