'unrename all' command

Description
A command to unrename already renamed contacts.
Possible use:
unrename mike
unrename all
(unrename all contacts)

No rename all (yet) though.

wilmer: Can you confirm the problem? 'rename -del' doesn't seem to be working for individual usernames in 3.0.5.
I'd like the bulk unrename too, but would settle for the name-by-name feature if it worked.

To be consistent with the set command, what about rename -del ?
A "rename -del all" seems scary, although I guess I can see the point for it. I'd maybe make it per-account though.
