Hi,

it should be possible to set either that someone needs your authorization to be added or could add you without such authorization.

This is not really the kind of setting you change every day. You can use any client to save the setting, and the IM-server will remember the setting. So I think it's not necessary to implement this in BitlBee.

I'll leave the others open though. :-)
