Description
If a topic has been set in a Jabber conference, but the person who set that topic is not in the room, BitlBee does not set the topic:
23:13:00 <root> System message: From conference server: person has set the subject to: ...
23:13:12 -!- Topic for #foo: BitlBee groupchat: "foo@…". Please keep in mind that root-commands won't work here. Have fun!
