Description

On testing.bitlbee.org (ForkDaemon mode) I see that some child processes have the help.txt file opened three times. I wonder why, and should really fix that waste of resources.

Ahh! This seems to happen after using the RESTART command. (Only relevant in ForkDaemon mode.)

Fixed in changeset:devel,317.
