Description

This is what always happens when I connect to bitlbee:

First you connect. The connection fails, you have to wait 5 minutes. Bitlbee tries again and now succeeds. It would be nice if the first attempt would also succeed.

Okay, so this was fixed somewhere between 1.something and 1.1.1dev.
