Description
If two people are away and you are talking to both the away status is repeated in irssi. Probably thi s problem also occurs for other IRC-clients.
Could you implement a filter that removes the away status-message except for the first time it occurs?

Yes, it's up to the IRC client to suppress these messages, IRC servers should send them every time. I'll think of adding that flag, after all which IRC daemon still cares about RFCs? :-)
