Sorry, this is PEBKAC. ;-)
The info command can be used in two ways: With one argument, which should be a nickname, or with two arguments, where the first argument should be a connection ID and the second argument should be the buddy's screenname.
So you were using a wrong syntax. You can leave out the 3 or you can type "info 3 walworc". It's up to you. :-)

You can also use the "help info" command BTW, in this case it'd actually be more useful than Google.
