nick_source is not being saved

Description

I was configuring a new instance of Bitlbee and every time I reconnect the buddy nick names goes back to ugly handles instead of the nice names my buddies have.

I poked around an noticed that nick_handle reverts back to default value (handle) every time I reconnect. I do have the save on quit turned on, and I also did a manual save before I quit.

So I stop the session and manually edit the configuration XML file adding <setting name="nick_source">full_name</setting> to each account and it worked.

I assume something wrong with the save function ?

Sorry for missing this bug so far. Not sure what this could have been but maybe a concurrent session or something saving stale settings. Let me know if you can reproduce this now.
