Description

when doing /version in irssi, a normal irc server returns the version of the server software. Bitlbee does not.

Hmm this one should be an enhancement...

The command is there now [141], and the 351-reply looks like what's described on ​http://www.irc101.org/documentation/numerics.php . Your version of the command doesn't seem to be "RFC"-compliant. ;-)
