Description

When using "account fb set nick_source full_name", the names are displayed together, it would be nice if names would be displayed as "firstname-sirname" instead of "firstnamesirname".

Now of course BitlBee won't know what part of the name is the first name and what is the last, it can only guess and replace the first space with a dash. I'm also thinking of adding CamelCasing to replace spaces. Will look at this.

Well, there's CamelCase now. Sounds like a 'fixed' to me
