Description

When reply to someone using a user_id, it isn't always properly recognized. Screenshot attached to illustrate.

Note: The reply seen at the end was manually done via the twitter website to verify the problem.

Huh. Sure is. Sorry, it didn't show up in the results when i did a search and i guess i didn't notice it in the list of issues when skimming.
