/OPER without parameters crashes bitlbee

Description

When trying /OPER without giving any other parameters, bitlbee crashes here

Error: Fatal signal received: 11. That's probably a bug Disconnected (Remote host closed socket).

I'm using the current dev-snapshot availible via apt-get and xchat.

Actually, it crashes when there is no OPER password set in bitlbee.conf. I already fixed it in the current development branch, but thanks for the report. :-)
