Description
Hello,
BitlBee seems to be unable to authenticate against the Google Talk IM servers when my password contains a "," (comma). After removing it, logging went okay, whereas it would systematically reject me before. It was the only special character in my password.
I guess the problem might exists with other protocols, though I didn't took the time to verify this.
This has been tested with im.bitlbee.org (Host im.bitlbee.org is running BitlBee 3.0.1 Linux/i686.)
Thanks,
Thomas

Hello,
After setting it back to something with a comma, it worked. Sorry for the noise, must have been a problem on the GMail's side.
Thanks!

Ok, no problem. :-)
Hrmm, I can't reproduce that. I changed my GMail password to sometihng with a , and could log in successfully. You still have this problem if you change your password back to what it was?
