Description
hi, i built bitlbee 3.0 from the original source tarball. i tried several variations with and without otr, twitter and yahoo plugins. but every plugin works fine, except icq. at the contactlist of my friends, i am marked as offline, also the otr plugin doesnt work. even new contacts dont get sorted in my "&icq" channel after adding them. i tried these things with the jabber plugin for confirmation, but there, everything works fine, online-offline, with and without otr and putting the nick in the "&jab" channel.

hm, perhaps it helps, i just tried it with my old bitlbee-1-8 version and it seems it has the same problem with my online-shown-as-offline issue. no otr installed with the 1.8 version. sry for spamming the report, didnt think of checking with an old version 15mins ago.

Hm, very odd. ICQ is known to be a bit flaky in BitlBee and I can imagine the DST acquisition is not going to help. :-/
This bug's similar to #206, will close this one.
