Description
When creating a channel &msn and >alk, we will end up with 2 channels that will contain only the users for that specific protocol.
The root user currently speaks on the "active" channel, which is the last channel the user spoke on.
Protocols like MSN allow you to change your buddy name. When this happens, root will tell about this event in the "active" channel, regardless of which channel that is.
It would be better if the notifications that clearly belong to a specific user would go to all channels where that user is located in, not the "active" channel.
