rejoining #twitter_username loses users

Description

I have a twitter account configured, with mode = chat. So #twitter_username should have people I follow showing as users in the channel. This works when bitlbee has been just started and I've joined the channel.

If I leave the channel and re-join, all those users go away. When new tweets come in, the user sending it might show up, I'm not 100% sure.

Also fixed the "bug" that caused force-rejoins every minute, even if there were no new msgs.
