Description
I get the "jabber - Warning: Received incomplete IQ-set packet" error EVERY single time I send a message over facebook chat. All other protocols are working fine.

Urgh, that's annoying. :-( I'm pretty sure I removed those messages from 1.2.8 already BTW. If you don't want to upgrade you can use /ignore?
I'd love to upgrade. It's a public server I'm using, I spent hours trying to get bitlbee to run on my CentOS and overall just gave up.

So try the ignore. Most IRC clients can ignore lines if they contain a certain string. Also, whining at the public server owner to get it upgraded may help. :-)

Yep just tried the ignore thing, mIRC only allows me to /ignore <name> people, so I put root on ignore. Not very handy if I ever need to see what root said, but I guess it will work for now.

Got the admin to upgrade the server to 1.2.8-1. Bug is fixed, thanks a lot, didn't know the people running the public servers were so responsible.
