save command doesn't work until reconnection to bitlbee ircd after adding an account?

Description

I just installed bitlbee 1.2.7-1~bpo50+1 from debian backports.

I added my MSN account, rename'd a few users, then typed save expecting Bitlbee to report Configuration saved.

However, instead it told me I had to create an account before I could do that.

I had to /disconnect then /connect again before it allowed me to save configuration changes.

You did identify yourself in both cases, and/or register an account?

Status: new → closed
