Description

As of now, BitlBee can not follow/unfollow Twitter-Accounts. This should be implemented.

The standard BitlBee way would be "add <bitlbee-account> <twitter-user>" and "remove". Since it's an IRC-Gateway, I found tircds /kick and /follow even quicker.

Whatever works. Maybe both? :)
