Description

I have a PHP running on bitlbee, but it won't receive messages, unless it messages the person first. Is there a way to stop this?

What's so critical about this? What makes you think it should be my top priority to fix this before the next release? Your description doesn't even make clear that this is about a bug in BitlBee.
