Description
After the changes to the I/O system that came with the daemon patch, quit messages didn't come out anymore because the program stopped before the message could be written.
It would be more than convenient to make sure these messages get out again, since the user might want to know why BitlBee suddenly went down.
Also, in future versions we want to add the possibility for the server admins to send some shutdown message to their users, then it'd be nice if the users would see that message too.

Fixed by [28]. Doesn't work in daemon mode yet, since the logging defaults to syslog there. Maybe the logging should be changed to allow multiple log channels in some cases.
Oh well, daemon mode is unsupported anyway...
