compilation under cygwin missing getaddrinfo

Description

Under cygwin the getaddrinfo() function is ​missing. There is a package which can be use ​here. I copied the getaddrinfo.c and .h file in the bitlbee directory and modified Makefile, bitlbee.c and irc.c to be able to compile. You will find a patch in attachment of this ticket.

the patch as-is will break the linux build :)

wilmer, would you mind adding a #define/#undef to configure? while still keeping the "officially not supported" message.

Okay, I've had enough of spam now. For some reason this ticket (and only this one) is a continuous target of spam. I'm fucking tired of cleaning up after this crap so I'm closing this ticket and will block further POST requests to it.

Cygwin is not and will never be a supported BitlBee platform. However, I'm reasonably sure that this ticket will show up in search results for "bitlbee getaddrinfo cygwin" or something like that, so people who want to build it, can.

Also, IMHO Cygwin should just implement that function call, it's not like it's so incredibly new. :-)
