Description
I would like it if buddy icon support was implemented.
for getting someone else's buddy icon, someone would do a /CTCP buddy BUDDYICON and the server would either DCC it back, or it would reply with a /CTCP buddy BUDDYICON url
your own buddy icon would be stored locally on the server for each account. I would set it just by copying the icon to a directory, but you would probably have to support some sort of uploading, which would either be by DCC or by http

Stored locally on the server, or in the case of public servers (which wouldn't want huge numbers of images filling them up), set a URL and have it dynamically pulled down each time it's needed?

Bit of an old ticket, but add another "me too" here, would be a nice feature.
