"set" command sets *any* variables, but no way to remove them

Description

On the stable bitlbee server (im.bitlbee.org) I accidentally did "set display_namechange true", which made added the new variable "display_namechange". I can't get rid of it anymore, since there is no "unset" or so. Could you either forbid the setting of unused variables, or allow some kind to remove them again?

The setting won't be saved, so it'll be gone when you reconnect. This should be enough for now, I hope.
