I couldn't find this in the BTS so here it is:

I'd really like a way to export and import my bitlbee/account/etc settings. I know there are server-side buddy lists and you can do a password retrieval from most accounts, but it'd be a great addition if I could just do that from bitlbee itself.

I know that this is a little more troublesome than it seems, not everybody is running his own bitlbee server so a suggestion might be do dcc send the configuration file to the user and get it back via a special dcc command as well. (Instead of dumping it to a local file.) But nevertheless it might be just a feature that not only I like to have :-)

There have been some ideas like this in #bitlbee on OFTC. It's nice it's on the BTS now!
