Description

MAX_NICK_LENGTH becomes too restrictive when utf8_nicks is on.

I have made a custom build with MAX_NICK_LENGTH = 128 and everything works fine for me.

I suggest that MAX_NICK_LENGTH should be a configurable setting and not a hard-coded value.
