Adding this here to not forget about it

Issue first seen here: ​https://github.com/weechat/weechat/issues/348 (wrong project, wrong tracker, but yeah).

A user with utf8_nicks disabled (didn't even know about the setting) saw a contact with a utf8 nick in a groupchat. Somehow affects tab-completing, probably weechat picking the one who actually joined.

I never managed to reproduce this issue or contact this guy again. Closing for now.
