Description
When someone retweets a tweet and you do "reply [id]" then the reply will only go to the user who did the retweet and not the original author.
It should either go to both or only to the person who retweeted. I would suggest a new command:
"replyall" which replies the retweeter and the original author. That could also be used when I reply to a tweet that mentions several persons
In addition the reply-command in the context of the retweet should always go to the author, not the retweeter (if in doubt: make it a setting)
