Description

The is an empty section in help.txt called misc. Typing "help misc" in &bitlbee is a reliable way to crash it. Could be a problem on public servers.

Fix: a) Remove 

?misc

from help.txt

or

b) add some text to it.

Or c) Remove the bug that causes the crash. This really shouldn't happen...
