Multiple accounts on one control channel

Description

It would be nice to be able to set nicknames from multiple accounts visible on the same control channel. Something like: 

channel set fill_by account
channel set account fb,msn

Note that I've recently (post-3.2 so only in bzr) added a negative matching mode, so in some cases you can do this already (for example if you have only one other account).
