It could be useful to be able to block and allow groups (control (&) or chat(#)) and also to be able to block and allow by handle pattern by means of wildcards or regexp expresions

I used the terms "block" and "allow" but this feature doesn't necessarily have to work at the server (connection server) level. Could it be possible to just hide or postpone activity among certain handles/groups?
