Description

Please make it so that a proxy server bitlbee should relay a connection to an XMPP server through can be configured per XMPP account. Possible use case: user 1 wants to connect to XMPP using an anonymizing proxy, user 2 does not wish to do so but would prefer to have a low latency, more reliable direct connection.

When this is implemented, there should also be a option to disallow per account proxy configurations site-wide so that the bitlbee server admin can prevent abuse.
