OTR color setting

Description

otr_color_encrypted is cool, but the pre-defined value red is not optimal everywhere.

I propose to add a otr_color setting, with possible values of the 8 ANSI-colors and their bright counterparts: ​https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/wiki/ANSI_escape_code#Colors

Fixing the component setting now that I added it to the Trac configs. This *will* need some work on core as well though.

Euh, yeah. It's red and green now. An option would obviously need two arguments. Or two options :)
