Asynchronous writes in the MSN module

Description

Writes should be asynchronous in the MSN module. Right now pretty much any call can kill the connection (msn_write() does it on short write()s) which makes things pretty tricky.

I think it's easier to make the writes asynchronous (like I think all the other modules are) than to fix all these individual bugs.
