Account 0 is AIM.

<@mynick> add 0 buddynamehere <@root> Adding `buddynamehere' to your contact list <@root> oscar - Error: Error while adding buddy: 0x0010

I've deduced that this probably means 'no such user', but it's not very clear. It should be verified by someone who knows something that this is in fact what 0x0010 means, and changed to make sense.
