Description
I wanted to drop my account on im.uk.bitlbee.org and tried the drop-command. With correct password the resulting output is "Error: `4'". After that identify with the old password outputs that the username isn't registered, and register (with a new password) outputs that username IS registered.
However, when reconnecting to the bitlbee server, the new password, used with register, is the valid one.

Ah, I'm guessing it's "beo"? I'm trying to reach the server maintainer now. Unfortunately I don't run im.uk myself. :-(

Don't have enough info to reproduce this...

Finally, TigerTails in #bitlbee had this problem and I soon realized the problem was that his nickname wasn't all lowercase. Turns out xml_remove didn't convert the nickname to lowercase before trying to remove its file, while the rest of storage_xml does do this conversion every time.
Fixed in changeset:devel,403.
Were you also logging in as Zibri or something like that? If not, please reopen this bug.
Hrmm. I can't reproduce it. :-( What's your nickname? Maybe something odd's going on with your account files.
(Strange, since I remember seeing this error myself a few months ago...)
