Description

It would be nice for public server maintainers to have some extra commands. Something like WALLOP to announce downtime in a more friendly way, and maybe commands like KILL to easily get rid of abusive users.

a REHASH command (also defined in the RFC) to reload the configuration file. This would be something the GUI needs.

See #50, it's probably best to implement that through some inter-Bee communication channel too. Signals are a bit limited.

This is now present in this branch:

Still in development, but I think the interface is pretty good already. :-) Shouldn't be too hard to also make it work with non-forking daemon mode. The REHASH command isn't there, but it'll come too.
