Description
I have a GAFYD account, and I've activated the Jabber service, but for some reason, I can't get BitlBee (1.1dev) to work with it. It complains about a short write() to server :-(

Hmmm... I have GAFYD (Google Apps For Your Domain, took me a while to figure that out!) at work too and I don't have any problems. I do have to specify talk.google.com as the server manually because we don't have any XMPP SRV records for our domain. Maybe you should try that? Or add the SRV stuff?
