It would be nice to reviece mode +R after identifying to root/nickserv

Or is there another nice way to see if i'm already identified?

Uhm, devel already does this (and it seems that's the version you're using). It doesn't work for you?

Not sure why this didn't work back then, the code is there for ages. I'll close this bug.
