after the server (im.bitlbee.org) was down some hours some days an got back i got a : "00:09 <@root> The nick is (probably) not register" on identifying. If i try to register the account again i get : "00:10 <@root> Nick is already registered"

Okay, I'm sorry for the spam comment that was here when you posted, apparently my last spam cleanup wasn't very successful. :-(

Anyway, I fixed your problem. Some accounts weren't saved properly yet when the server was shutting down. It seems that it takes too much time and the server isn't patient enough, I'll ask the maintainer if he can give BitlBee processes some more time in the future, hopefully it won't happen again then (because this isn't the first time something like this happens).
