Description

Google has blocked the OOB flow. So the OAuth is not working anymore.

Error 400: invalid_request The out-of-band (OOB) flow has been blocked in order to keep users secure. Follow the Out-of-Band (OOB) flow migration guide linked in the developer docs below to migrate your app to an alternative method. Детаљи захтева: redirect_uri=urn:ietf:wg:oauth:2.0:oob flowName=GeneralOAuthFlow

What is the prefered way to connect to gtalk now?

Hasn't this been broken for ages already? Or is this a libpurple issue?

I don't use libpurple. Plain BiltBee. I didn't know how to login when I have 2FA enabled on my account, so I thought to try OAuth.

Sorry for the noise, I realized this is totally deprecated. I have to use libpurple and purple-googlechat plugin... This ticket can be closed.

Correct, all the big Jabber/XMPP networks are gone. :(

Big shame, at its peak GTalk was the world's biggest XMPP network but cool things like that won't last and wasn't exactly what they were looking for on mobile phones I believe.
