Description

When there are so many bad thing happening in the world, not everybody wants to read about everything. So I just added a setting to hide tweets from appearing in the timeline. It's such a small piece of code, maybe you want to integrate it into the official code.

Why not just turn off the Twitter account a bit? You want to keep your DMs?

Yes, exactly. I guess, this could also be relevant for people who just want to use bitlbee to be reachable in many different ways (Jabber, FB, Twitter, …) without actually wanting to use it as a real twitter client.

I'd prefer a default-on setting along the lines of "show_timeline"
