Description
If a Hipchat user has a unicode char (e.g. é) in their name, that char is simply absent in the IRC name.
So a name such as "Rémy" in Hipchat would appear as "Rmy" in IRC.

Sorry, didn't actually get it working but didn't try too hard either as I had to reconfigure my connection after forgetting to save it. Oops. I'll reconfirm in a day.
