Twitter DMs don't show up randomly

Description

Since you have released 3.4.1 quite some time ago, I have updated to this version (I skipped 3.4 and maybe the version before that, not sure if this bug existed there. But in 3.2.2 it didn't happen)

Bitlbee randomly doesn't show twitter direct messages. This is not a problem of the text of the message since I was sent 3 times exactly the same message, from the same account (in between there have been other messages, so this shouldn't be a spam issue). The first and the second time they did not show up in the corresponding window (which was open the whole time). The third time it did show up. Using twitter.com, twitter for Android, Plume (Android) and Tweetdeck I received all of these messages without a problem.

I'm not sure, how many messages are not displayed. I'm guessing a third of my DMs with some accounts is missing in bitlbee.

This is a problem with twitter's stream servers. It applies to all API clients, not just bitlbee, and that includes tweetdeck, one of their official clients.
