Twitter issue getting contact list

Description

I can't login on twitter and I get the message error 

twitter - Logging in: Connecting
twitter - Logging in: Getting contact list
twitter - Login error: Could not retrieve /1.1/users/lookup.json: XML parse error

Are you really using 3.2? That's a weird error. Twitter requires at least 3.2.1 to work, anyway, so you'll want to upgrade that thing.

If you have any other issues I suggest joining #bitlbee (in irc.oftc.net, not freenode).

It worked well but one or two months ago started this issue. No problem, I'm going to upgrade.
