Description

Attached is the (modified to hide handles) skyped output for a group chat started by alice which caused bitlbee to show messages from alice in one PM window and messages from bob in a second. There was no group chat channel created.

I think this is the same thing as #911, which is fixed already.

With this commit all incoming messages result in joining a groupchat, which fixes this issue.
